  Teresa moved to Mount Vernon in 2013, after she married her husband and bought a home. In 2014, Teresa began working at our Allstate agency, and we were pleased to have her. She welcomes the opportunity to help customers with property and life insurance. In her spare time, Teresa enjoys hiking, drawing, painting and making memories with her family. Teresa is also fluent in Spanish.

  Nick grew up in Edmonds, Washington and is a graduate of Washington State University. He has spent most of his life in the Wonderland that is the Pacific Northwest. He loves the natural beauty and all that the Northwest offers. He became affiliated with our agency in 2020 and has gotten to know many local families and truly enjoys being a part of the community. Building relationships is one of the best parts of what he does. Part of what he likes best about his job is that he can offer customers options for insurance that fits their specific needs. Nick is committed to helping customers assess their immediate and long-term needs and choose options that will help them achieve their goals. When she’s not busy assisting customers with their insurance needs, you'll find Lisa enjoying quality time with her beloved dog. Whether it's going for long walks in the park, playing fetch, or simply snuggling up on the couch, they share an unbreakable relationship.   Amber Gassman

  Amber Gassman was born and raised in Southern Idaho, and she has been in the insurance industry for over 15 years. Amber joined the Annette Booth Agency in April 2023. Amber’s extensive customer service experience makes her a valuable addition to our team. Amber has a 12-year-old daughter, and she is a dog mom to Marley, a 4-pound yorkie. Amber attended Idaho State University where she studied business management and law. Amber has volunteered her time for several organizations some of which are The Anna Grace Foundation, The Idaho Public School District and The Salvation Army. In her free time, she enjoys exercising, running, watching football, spending time outdoors, and soaking in the hot springs. Her goal is to help take care of existing and future customers. Amber has a love for people which motivates her to go beyond what is expected to meet customers’ needs.

  Jocelyn Cardona

  My name is Jocelyn I lived in California all my life. I enjoy hiking our beautiful mountains and during the summer hitting local beaches and lakes. My favorite places to visit is Long Beach and Big bear lake. I graduated from College of the Desert. I have been in the insurance industry since 2017 helping people with their insurance needs. I am fluent in Spanish.

  Michael Kirby

  Michael grew up in the Dallas, Texas area and was active in sports, mainly football throughout school. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Texas A&M University. He is a proud Aggie and is very active in community service and fun with his Alumni Association. Michael is married and has four children that occupy most of his time. Their ages are 23, 18, 17 and 10. As a father of four, it is his children’s pursuits that interest him most. After college he left his first “real” career choice to pursue an interest in guitar and dream in the music industry. He toured with a band for four years before he settled down. He is still an avid music fan and attends concerts all over. Michael also loves to travel with his wife to places all over the world. He enjoys hiking and fishing, and all the usual things to do in Alaska. He is part of Annette’s remote sales team.

  Laura has had over 25 years of experience as a Hotel General Manager, she has developed a strong foundation in leadership, operations, and customer service. Transitioning into a new chapter of her career, she is now thriving in the insurance business, leveraging her knowledge to help customers navigate the complexities of the industry. Outside of work, Laura has a passion for driving fast cars and enjoy the thrill of the open road. In Laura’s personal life, she has a beloved cat who will be turning 21 in May, bringing Laura joy and companionship for many years. Laura is dedicated to continuous growth and learning, always seeking new opportunities to expand her knowledge and make a positive impact in everything she does.

  Dana Issacks

  Licensed Sales Agent

  Dana has been a licensed producer for over 20 years and has had over 35 years of experience in customer service. But before getting her license in insurance, Dana graduated high school as a licensed hairdresser and worked in that field for 13 years in Texas, where she was born and raised. She then worked as a Medical Assistant/ Preauthorization Specialist for a few years for the hospital system in Montana. Dana is a dedicated team player and just embarked on the sales aspect of her career, finding this to be an exciting new journey. Her personal passions are spending time with her family outdoors in the spring, summer and fall. Not so much in the winter! But she is also very much a home body. Dana is a very positive person and tries to implement that positivity in every aspect of her life and she is looking forward to the long-term relationships she will be making during her journey with Annette Booth’s Agency!

  Ariele Jorge, who calls herself the Chaos Coordinator of 6, married to her high school sweetheart and mother of 6 children. Ariele has over 15 years of customer service and over 5 years of insurance sales. On her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and loves the outdoors and traveling. Ariele is a total thrill seeker, so you can catch her on all the crazy roller coasters with her husband and kids. Ariele also enjoys reading Personal Development books, exercising and exploring new recipes to cook for her family. If you were to ask Ariele’s peers, they would tell you that Ariele can find the positive out of anything and truly loves helping others.
